Does DJ Orlando Entertainment carry liability insurance?

DJ Orlando Entertainment is fully insured through R.V. Nuccio & Associates, Inc. If you'd like specific information, please ask and we'll happily provide details.

What area does DJ Orlando Entertainment serve?

We serve all of Maryland, including the Baltimore and Washington DC Metro Areas, the Eastern Shore and Delmarva, Southern Maryland and Western Maryland, as well as select areas of Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware and New Jersey.

Can I meet you before I decide?

We would be happy to set up a no obligation consultation with you to discuss the details of your event and how we can customize our service to meet your needs. At your consultation, we will discuss your timeline,  music selections, and the desired atmosphere of the event. We will also familiarize you with our Event Organizer and generate ideas for your event.

Consultations take place Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Select evenings and weekend appointments are also available.

Can you provide music for our ceremony as well as the reception?

Yes. Many happy clients have hired us to do both.

We are a non-traditional couple and our reception will reflect that. How much flexibility will we have in planning our entertainment?

As much as you need! We pride ourselves on our ability to customize the entertainment portion of your event to your vision.

What if I don't want loud music?

Music can be played at any volume you are comfortable with. It's your event and we aim to please.

What if I want a family oriented event?

We have a large selection of music that is edited to exclude offensive language. In addition, we can screen requests to help foster the atmosphere you choose.

What about requests?

It is your choice whether the disc jockey takes requests at your event or works from a predetermined playlist. If requests are being taken, you decide whether we screen them to fit the atmosphere of your party or if all requests made by guest should be played.

How will my disc jockey dress?

Our disc jockeys dress to impress for every event. You specify whether you would prefer them to be business-casual, semi formal, or black tie. It's your choice.

What type of equipment do your disc jockeys use?

Our disc jockeys use professional grade equipment designed for disc jockeys. JBL, Bose, Peavey, Mackey, Yamaha, and Shure are just a few of the brands we proudly use.

When will my disc jockey arrive at my event to set up?

Your disc jockey will arrive at least 1 hour in advance to set up and perform sound checks. Please check with your venue regarding when outside vendors are allowed on the premises.

How far in advance should we book a disc jockey?

Most clients secure our services shortly after selecting a date and venue. Thanks to the referrals of many satisfied clients, corporate clients, and repeat clients, DJ Orlando Entertainment often books up to a year in advance for peak dates. In order to secure the DJ of your choice it is important to contact us in the early stages of your planning to begin interviewing entertainers and working out the details that will personalize your event.

What would happen if the disc jockey I selected is in an accident or ill?

DJ Orlando Entertainment prides itself on professionalism and superior service. That is why an experienced disc jockey is on call for any emergencies that may arise on the day of your event.
